Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new Electramaxpro phone case! But if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.

What can be returned:

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your phone case to return it.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, meaning unused, unworn, and with any tags still attached (if applicable). This ensures the next customer receives a brand new product.
  • We can only accept returns for items in the same condition as they were received. This helps us maintain quality control.

What cannot be returned:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. We have a set timeframe to allow for processing returns efficiently.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged. These items cannot be resold as new.
  • Items missing their original packaging or tags (if applicable). Packaging helps protect the product during return shipping.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning anything, initiate a return request by emailing us at contact@electramaxpro.com. This helps us track your return and expedite the process.
  2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We’ll provide you with an RMA number and specific return instructions once we receive your request.
  3. Return Inspection: Within 7 days of receiving your RMA number, return the item to the address we provide. Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  4. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service with proof of delivery for your own records. This helps ensure your return arrives safely and you have a record for tracking purposes.

Warranty:

Our phone cases are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 14 days. If your phone case malfunctions within this period, please contact us at contact@electramaxpro.com for a warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
